He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Chris; his children, Amanda Ahlstrand, Gareth Rees of Bettendorf, IA, DJ and Stephanie Ahlstrand of Huntington Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Owen, Rosie Rees, David and Elle Ahlstrand; his brother Tom Ahlstrand; his parents-in-law, Rick, Marcia Brown and Phyllis Ahlstrand; and his parents, Alphild Ahlstrand and Frannie Ahlstrand.
