He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Peters and Floe Peters; his wife Virginia Gregory; his siblings, Georgia Correll and Charles Peters; his daughter-in-law Helen Peters; and his grandson Robert Sewick.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis "Gregory" Peters, Janene Church (Brad), Jim Peters (Barbara), Susan Cathoir (Roger) and Ron Peters (Connie); his grandchildren, Ann Sewick Frost (Larry), Sara Bagley (John), Karen Heun (Tom), Timothy Peters, Joseph Peters (Sarah), James Peters (Ruth), Phillip Cathoir, Bekah Peters, Teresa Hamann (Todd) and Andrew Peters (Bobbie Jo); his great grandchildren, Bret Murray (Angelica), Brice Bagley, Amanda Avery (Will), Shauna Heun, Ella Peters, William Peters, Jane Peters, Miles Peters, Max Martens, Kiaya Peters, Amelia Peters, Samuel Peters and Callan Hamann; and his great great grandchild Tallulah Murray.
