He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Smith and Shirley Smith (Small). He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Ludwig, Julie Weeks (David), David Smith of Kent, WA and Wendell Smith (Michele). He is also survived by four nieces, two nephews, and seven great nieces and great nephews.
