He is survived by: his children, Steven Rubin (Beth) of Denver, CO, Scott Rubin, Catherine Rubin of Louisville, KY and Martha Lell; his brother Gary Rubin (Suzy) of Longmont, CO; his grandchildren, Lindsay Rubin, Casey Rubin (Anne), Micaela Lell (Charley) and Adam Lell; his great grandchild Anderson Rubin; his stepchildren, Gregg Nelson (Mary Jane), San, Sheri Goff (Eric) of Rio Verde, AZ and Lisa VanWatermeulen (Steve); his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Nelson (Nicole), Lindsey Nelson, Derek Nelson, Dana Dwyer (Ross), John Robinson (Jessi), Kayla VanWatermeulen and Alex VanWatermeulen; his friend Tammie Nuckles; and his wife Suzy. He is also survived by five step-great grandchildren.
