She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Huizenga and Edna Huizenga (Stahl); her brother Bernie Huizenga; her sister-in-law Phyllis Huizenga; and her children, Rebecca Clark and Brion Huizenga.
She is survived by: her former husband Wallace A. Clark; her brother Delbert "Huey" Huizenga of Virginia; and her children, Linda Clark, Francie Clark (Larry O'Neil) and Matthew Clark (Michelle Boerst). She is also survived by three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Carol Clark Memorial Fund which will then be designated for pediatric care at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, IL to honor Carol's daughter, Rebecca, who was employed by the hospital for 36 years before her death in 2013.
