She was predeceased by: her parents, Mell Minnaert and Ella Minnaert (Fiers); her husband Donald Cauwels; and her brother Clyde Minnaert. She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Hankins (Kim), Teresa Cochran and Angela Lavine (Bob); her grandchildren, Kyle Hankins (Katie), Seth Hankins, Justin, Brandon, Katie Cochran (John Lee), Abby and Adam Lavine; and her great grandchild Paige Turppa (Matt).
