He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert A. Chelf and Arlo Hinkhouse Chelf; his wife Juanita Hallmark; his daughter Lesley Forret (Todd); his grandchildren, Gracie Forret and Connor Forret; and his son David D. Chelf.
