Alan L. Vanderheyden Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2020, at the age of 86, Alan L. Vanderheyden (Geneseo, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfons Vanderheyden and Mary Vanderheyden (Junge); his son Timothy Alan Vanderheyden; and his siblings, Fern Swain and Dale Vanderheyden.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Hanmer; his children, Dottie Boens (Vincent) of LeClaire, Peggy Miller (Marty) of Geneseo, Sally Winn (Tim) of Sherrard, Alan Leon Vanderheyden II (Tami) of Geneseo and Gary Vanderheyden of Geneseo; and his sister Betty Thompson of Mesa, Arizona.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of the Quad Cities Area.
