He is survived by: his spouses, Ruth Anne Hilliard and Anne Riley; his son John E. Riley (Cheryl) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Ronald Jelley (Nicole) of Geff, Tamela Freeman (Jasent) of Fairfield and Lindsey McVay (Daniel) of Baltimore, MD; his great grandchildren, Shane, Hannah Locey, Brenna, Kiera Freeman, Connor and Camden McVay; and his sister-in-law Rosalie Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
