He was predeceased by: his parents, Ordie Mattox and Doris Mattox; his siblings, Diane, Debbie, Lavern, Doran and Delmar; his grandson Blake Andrew; and his great grandchild Timberlynn Jayde.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay; his daughters, Heidi Ritchey (Dave) of Albion, IL, Lisa Vinyard (Rob) of Borger, TX, Kelly Nicholls of Newport, KY and Sheryl Childers (Jason) of West Salem, IL; and his stepchildren, Misty Douglas (Randall) of Fairfield, IL, Sandi Hinkle (Chad) of Fairfield, IL and Brad Garrett (Robyn) of Monticello, IL.. He is also survived by four sisters, one brother, 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several friends.
