She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Moffett; her children, Thomas Leland Moffett (Marianna) of Windsor, IL and Leigha Moffett of Gays, IL; her sister Grace Moffett of Shelbyville, IL; her grandchildren, Kendra Montgomery (Brock), Blake Moffett (Tanya) and Courtnay Orman (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Bryce Montgomery, Morgan Moffett, Brenlee, Liam and Emmalee Orman.
Memorials may be given to Shelby Bells or Grace Lutheran Church Ladies Aid.
