She is survived by: her parents, Verne Carroll and Anabel Carroll (Edwards); her husband Jacob Hortenstine of Gays, IL; her children, Jeffrey Hortenstine (Dorothy), Sarah Beth Hortenstine-Kirk, Salisa Hortenstine Olmsted (Tom) and Henry Hortenstine (Jill); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jammie, Julie, Jessica, Jason, Bethany, Baylee, Bostyn, Brennyn, Steffen, Cydney, Ciara, Claire and Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jacob, Abby, Jackson, Carson, Caelyn, Jace, Elyse, Ava, Gracie, Harrison, Harlow, Presley, Stella, Madisyn and Dallas.
