He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hubert and Luella Leola Moffett (Jones); his wife Vivian L. Kull; his daughter Lynn Moffett; his siblings, Wayne, Dwight Moffett, Illeana Yeager and Luella Moffett; and his nephew Daryl Moffett.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Leland Moffett (Marianna) of Windsor, IL and Leigha Moffett of Gays, IL; his siblings, Don Moffett of Cowden, IL, John Moffett (Diana) of Illiopolis, IL, David Moffett (Jackie) of Decatur, IL, Barbara Wiley of Humboldt, IL and Julia Shasteen of Mattoon, IL; his grandchildren, Kendra Montgomery (Brock), Blake Moffett (Tanya) and Courtnay Orman (Robert); and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Bryce Montgomery, Morgan Moffett, Brenlee, Liam and Emmalee Orman.
