He is survived by: his spouse Dianna M. Brown; his sons, Phillip "P. D." Hollis (Kate) of Braidwood and Joseph Hollis of Braceville; his grandchildren, Caelan, Jackson and Rory; his mother Anna Worden (Ray) of Wilmington; his siblings, Donna Stephens (Chris), Jeff Hollis (Mav), Dave Zelinski (Teresa) of Oglesby and Sylvia VanHaelst (Nelson) of Custer Park; his mother-in-law Mildred Turner of Custer Park; and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Hollis of Mississippi, Melba Clark (Mark) of Reddick and Stacy Brown of Braidwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
