He is survived by: his wife Geralynn Funk of Gardner; his children, Kelly Funk of Piper City and Jackson Boltz of Gardner; his granddaughter Rosalina Moe; his siblings, Gregory Boltz (Melissa) of Downers Grove and Sandy Boege (Bob) of Shorewood, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Megan, Mike and Matt.
