With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Duane M. Lewis of Gardner, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis and Lorretta Lewis; and his siblings, Henry, Lorraine, Frances and Cathryn.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lewis; his children, Chris Lewis (Tammy) of Bourbonnais, IL and Linette Hopwood (John) of Gardner; his grandchildren, Adam Lewis (Molly), Taylor Fauerbach (Mike), Andrew Lewis (Gabbie Estep), Shane Harty, Emily Hopwood and Jeremy Hopwood; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Owen, Alexander, Evie and Wesley.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Lightways Hospice or St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
