He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanne Oakes. He is survived by: his father William Oakes; his wife Wendy Oakes; his sons, Toby Oakes (Jillian) and Kyle Oakes (Tiffany); his granddaughters, Irene, Helen Oakes and Olivia Gray; his brothers, Kevin Oakes (Jacqui) and Greg Oakes (Clarita); and his nieces and nephews, Bernie and Charlie.
