Anna Mae Winke Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Mae Winke of Gardner, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pumel and Cora Pumel-Albertson; her husband Edward F. Winke; her half-brother Edward Pumel Johnson; and her brother-in-law Roy Kline.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Lonnie Winke (Paula) of New Lenox, Kyle Ann Cunning (Dean) of Gardner and Cheryl Lynn Winke of Downers Grove, Illinois; her grandchildren, Aaron Winke, Timothy Winke, Erica Mendyk (John Totura) and Sean Mendyk (Kaitlyn); her great grandchild Kinsley; and her sister Carolyn Sue Kline of Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baskerville Funeral Home (700 W Kahler Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Anna's memory to Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
