She was predeceased by: her parents, O. Lynn Chapman and Patricia "Patt" Babb Chapman; and her sisters, Janell Chapman and Tanya Steinmetz. She is survived by: her sister Krystal Twitchell (Dennis) of Riverton; her niece Samantha Steinmetz (Gary Mical) of Lake Villa; and her great-nephew Chase Mical.
