We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2021, at the age of 87, Shirley A. Gustafson of Galva, Illinois, born in Arpin, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Anne Esser Sr. (VerCruse); her husband John F. Gustafson; and her brothers, Ronald and Jerome Esser.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Bral of Hopedale, Lonnie Gustafson of Galva and Dan Gustafson (Connie) of Hopedale; her brother William Esser Jr. of Rock Island; her brother-in-law Charles Gustafson (Yvonne) of Geneva; her grandchildren, Michelle Bral, Kristen Bitner (Mike), Trina Simmons (Josh), Trenton Gustafson, Holly Wilson (Jeremy) and Kyle Gustafson (Ashleigh); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Jensyn, Kyleigh, Eleigh and Maggie.
Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
