It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Hollingsworth of Galva, Illinois, born in Rose Hill, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Hollingsworth and Leonara Hollingsworth (Bradley); his son Ronald "Ron" Hollingsworth Jr.; and his grandson Joshua Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Haines; his children, Randolph Hollingsworth (Sandra) of Beech Island, S. C., Richard Hollingsworth of Cedar Rapids, IA, Ronda Davis of Galva and Rita Meaker (Ken) of Toulon; his grandchildren, Kyle, Brianna, Robert, Mike, Doug, Crystal, Kendra and Becky; and his sister Joyce.

Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church.
