She was predeceased by: her siblings, Janet Brazee, Julie Brown, Helen Welch, Herman Warnken, Edward Warnken and Charles Warnken; and her granddaughter Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her daughter Hazel Warnken (Collett); her spouse Jerry Phelps; her children, Jerry Phelps, Michael Phelps and Angie Wyant (Cory); her grandchildren, Christopher, Abigail and Caleb; and her siblings, Richard Warnken and Margaret (Orville). She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews.
