It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin L. Costin of Galva, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John E. Costin and Elizabeth A. Eisiminger Costin; his siblings, John Costin, II, Karen Kadar (James) of Plain City, OH, Eugene Costin (Teresa), Yvonne Jannie Meissner (Theodore), Daniel Costin (Yvelice) of Murfreesboro, TN and Jennifer Schmitt (Kurt) of Richland, MI.; his nephew Cody Jannie; and his siblings-in-law, William "Tick" Jannie and Sandra Costin. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Kevin took pride in being a loyal animal rescuer and would like for memorials to be made to the Henry County Humane Society in Kewanee or the donor may select their own.
