He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jo Johnston; his children, Lisa Leemans (Bob) of Galva, Tom Hoxworth of Galva and David Hoxworth (Chris) of Hartford, WI; his brother Randy Hoxworth (Pam) of Galva; his grandchildren, Logyn, Ashton (Steven), Reece (Paige), Rhett, Jacob, Matt (Avalon), Maddie, Cooper and Grace; and his great grandchild Rylan.
