We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020, at the age of 36, Jason G. Dewulf of Galva, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Martin DeWulf; his uncle Keith Davis; and his grandparents, Dorothy, George DeWulf, Beatrice and Brooks Davis.
He is survived by: his mother Laura DeWulf (Davis); his sister Jennifer Prokes (Joseph) of Castro Valley, CA; his nephew William Prokes; his uncles, Thomas (Liz), David Davis (Christine) and Michael Davis (Pam); and his great-aunt Joyce Dennis.
