It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Lewis (Galva, Illinois), born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Thrasher and Lois Thrasher (Slifer); and her husband Robert Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Kelli Sargant of Kewanee and Marvin Rasmussen of Galva; her siblings, Carolyn Cromien (Gary) of Galva, Ed Thrasher (Linda) of LaFayette, Sandy Atchley (Phil) of Arizona, Rita Werkheiser (Warren) of Galva, Bob Thrasher (Natalie) of Missouri, Ron Thrasher (Robin) of Elmwood, IL, Donnie Thrasher (Judy) of Oklahoma and Dale Thrasher of Arizona; her grandchildren, Chelsie McDonley (Cody) and Jesse Sargant (Katie); her great grandchildren, Briar, Kaylee, Logan, Dixie, Jaxson, Kaydence and Stella; and her pets, Buford, Buddy and Little. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
