She is survived by: her children, Shelby Davis, Keith Davis, Nancy Kuykendall, Mary Davis, Suzanne Phelps, Sara Miller, Shawn Petty, Michele Petty, Kenneth Petty Jr. and Forrest Petty; and her sisters, Nancy Padilla and Mary Lou Matchett. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
