He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rollins; his daughter Gay Hall (Harold); his stepdaughter Judy Crystal; his grandchildren, Mike Thurston (Misti), Missy Thurston and Matt Thurston; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Hailey and Maverick Thurston.
