With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna M. Anderson of Galva, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Downward and Ruby Downward (Teil); her son Steven Anderson; and her siblings, Clarence "Bud", Gary, Randy and Mary Brittingham.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Anderson; her son Mark Anderson (Lisa) of Altoona, IA; her sisters, Dorothy McMeen of Milan, Alice Clark of Galesburg and Cheryl Yerkey (Bob) of Alexis; her grandchildren, Marisa Fall (Jess Fall), Jake Johnson, Steven Anderson, Tyler Simoneaux and Jacob Simoneaux; and her great grandchildren, Avalynn, Paisley, Gage and Grace.
Memorials may be directed to the Bishop Hill Community United Methodist Church or to the Galva American Legion.
