With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donan E. Clarke of Galva, Illinois, born in Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Sue Garrison; and his siblings, Bill, Bobby and Barb Carroll. He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Cooley (Phil) of Sheridan, IN; his brother Larry Clarke (Kathy) of Aurora, IL; his grandchildren, Kade and Kooper Cooley; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Rivard (Larry), Bobby Clarke, Nora Hooper (Clarke), Suzanne Wilson (Matt), John Carroll (Natalie), Bridget Rickard (Carroll), Marty Clarke (Sheri), Phil Clarke (Jen) and Carla Nelson.
Memorials may be directed to the Galva American Legion as a way to honor Don's many Sunday morning breakfasts with friends.
