"Pat" Koga; her spouse Galva; her children, Jeremy Koga (Amanda) of Dekalb, IL, Rebecca "Becky" Frank (Bradley) of Highwood, IL, Kristina Bosse (Patricia "Patty" Koga) of Elgin, IL and Minasha Koga (Da-Mon Koga); her sisters, Gail Korn of Mountain City, TN and Kathy Spear of Mountain City, TN; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew, Riley and Charlie.
