He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hyman and Nelle M. Hyman (Cooper); his wife Carole A. Davis; his daughters, Celine Hyman, Charlene Armstrong and Cynthia Main; his grandson Dylan Main; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Hilman and Earl Curry.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Hyman (Nanette Vaglica) of California, Mary Foster (Craig) of Bushnell, Jenny Hyman of Galesburg and Roxie Leahy (Bill) of Alexis; his grandchildren, Tony Main, David Armstrong, Nick Hyman (Amanda), Dustin Foster (Jessica), Carley Promisson (Kyle), Mackenzie Foster (David Bracey), Tyler Leahy (Megan) and Zach Leahy (Kelsey Meredith); his great grandchildren, Emma, Eire Armstrong, Nathan Hyman, Natalie, Lillian Foster, Samuel and Miah Promisson; and his sisters, Wilma Curry of Greenville and Barbara Hilman of Galesburg. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bushnell/Prairie City Schools Backpack Program, a program where backpacks are filled with food for the weekends for students in need.
