She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard D. and E. Beary (Davis) of Nevada; her husband Arthur N. Coon; and her daughter Melody Renee Coon. She is survived by: her daughter Illene Schneider (Donnie Scott) of Galesburg; her grandsons, Nathan Coon, Brandon McLaren and Cody McLaren; her great grandchildren, James Coon and Mercedes McLaren; and her siblings, Leonard E. Beary of East Galesburg, James Beary of Galesburg, Richard Beary (Penny) of Appleton, Rosetta Howerter (Kenny) of East Galesburg and Leona Shannon (Dyson) of East Galesburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West, Inc. (1070 W Fremont St, Galesburg, IL 61401). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Knoxville Cemetery N. Market.
