She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Hulse and Mary Jo Hulse (Steadman); her son Christopher Roach; and her brother Robert "Bob" Hulse. She is survived by: her former husband Dan Roach; her children, Joetta Smith (Mark) of Monmouth and Mark Roach of Monmouth; her grandchildren, Cameron Smith (Savanah), Carissa Smith and Austin Roach; her great grandchild Emmy Smith; her nephew Jason Hulse (Rosa); her great-niece Kaia Hulse; and her great-nephew Devin Hulse.
Memorials may be given to Wanda M. Roach Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
