With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas E. Dehler of Galesburg, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on August 6, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dehler and Elsie Dehler (Tarrant). He is survived by: his wife Connie Freed; his children, Geoffrey Dehler (Nicole) of Mahomet, IL, Nikki Lanxon (Andy) of Sheffield and Whitney Hanlon (Nick) of Dunlap, IL; his siblings, Fred Dehler (Brenda) of Bishop Hill and Marcia Johnson (Steve) of Galesburg; his sister-in-law Becky VanDeVelde (Tim) of Dahinda; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Caleb, Lydia Dehler, Owen Lanxon, Brooks, Caden and Cameron Hanlon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
