We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2024, at the age of 70, Terry J. Reed of Galesburg, Illinois, born in Charles City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Terry departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Terry. Though Terry may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil Fortner and Donna Fortner (Henderson); her husband Jeffrey Reed of Galesburg; and her brother Thomas Fortner (Linda) of Maywood.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, or Knox County Humane Society.
