She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Lucille Onion and Russell Gale Onion; her husband William "Bill" Howard; and her siblings, Betty Miller and Gene Onion.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Barnes (Nelson) of Bartlett, IL; her grandchildren, Mike Howard (Terri) of Galesburg, IL, Jaque Gohlinghorst (Matt), Michael Barnes, Meghan Barnes, Nicolas Barnes and Alexis Barnes; her great grandchildren, Clay and Jackson Gohlinghorst; and her brothers, George Onion and Russell Onion, Jr..
