She was predeceased by: her father Ricky K. Sloan. She is survived by: her mother Margo Sloan (Lulloff) of Kiel; her significant other Scot Kelm of Galesburg; her brother Kris Sloan (Trish); her nephew Otto Sloan of Austin, Texas; her grandmother Alyce "Butch" Lulloff of Kiel; her aunts and uncles, Delores Clancey, Barbara Lindell (Dennis), Gary Sloan (Molly), Joyce Sloan, Eric "Rick" Lulloff (Charlene), Anthony Lulloff (Janet), Joel Lulloff (Jennifer) and Gwen Ninmer (John Brotz); and her pets, Rufus and Ruby.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Stephanie's name.
