She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald B. Starr and Dolores J. Starr (Tharp); her brothers, Steven, Duff and Doug Starr; her sister-in-law Teresa Reed; and her in-laws, Gene and Helen Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Scott; her sons, Scott R. Smith (Amanda) of Galesburg, Seth R. Smith of Canton and Spencer R. Smith of Peoria; her grandchildren, Lucian Smith and Heaven Edwards; her great grandchild Atlas; her sister Rhonda Kistler (Steve) of Galesburg; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Starr of Tremont, Donna Starr of Bartonville, Denise Best (Steve) of Cambridge and Anita Baird (Ian) of Yates City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
