He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. and R. Webber (Dawson); his brother Donald R. Webber; and his grandson Jacob Ralston. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Emery; his daughters, Julie A. Davis of Alexis and Judy A. Pensinger (Aaron) of Farmington, Illinois; and his grandsons, Jayson Davis and Ron (Jenny Spahnie). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
