He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean A. Peterson and Francis Peterson (Becker); his wife Trudy K. Peterson (Wilson); and his stepmother Minnette Peterson. He is survived by: his children, John Michael Curran Jr. (Joanne) of Galesburg, Deb Sallee (Todd) of Victoria and Denise Morton of Anson, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
