He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvanus Mitchell and Florence Mitchell (Callison). He is survived by: his children, Terri Jo Duke (Brian) and Michael Mitchell (Cheryl); and his brother Richard Mitchell (Lynn). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
