It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A Swiler of Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Scott and Lila Scott (Moberg); and her husband John Swiler. She is survived by: her children, Michael Scott (Joy) of Henderson and Amy Brooks (Rick) of Savannah Georgia; her sister Carolyn Ogden of Moline, Illinois; her grandchildren, Meghan Scott, Andrew Scott, Daniel Scott, Gage Womack and Garrett Womack; her great grandchildren, Braxton Lauerman and Tobias Scott; and her close friends, Dee and Carol.
Memorials may be made to the Galesburg Rescue Mission or Faith Baptist Church.
