We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2024, at the age of 92, Percy Quentin Nelson (Galesburg, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Percy Quentin has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Nelson and Mabel Nelson (Lindeen); and his siblings, Theodore Nelson, Elliot Nelson, Maribelle Krause and DeLoyd Nelson.
He is survived by: his brother Eugene Nelson (Janet) of Galesburg; his great-niece Paige Richards; and also Savannah Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
