He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton L. Jones, Sr. and Sheryn McCutcheon; and his siblings, Charles Sephus and Julie Jones. He is survived by: his children, Shayla Hawthorne of Mississippi, Shavonna Haymon of Galesburg, LaShona Haymon of Galesburg, Tierra Jones of Mississippi, LaKeisha Mason of Florida, Terrick Jones of Dubuque, Terrance Jones of Mississippi, Preston Miller of Davenport, Jonathon Miller of Burlington and Desmond King; his siblings, LaRon Jones of Texas, Johnny Sephus of Texas, William Sephus (Lorraine) of Peoria, Twyla McCutcheon of Peoria and Danielle Jones of Galesburg; his stepsisters, Shron Pinkney of Cleveland, Toya Shepherd of Galesburg, Veronica "Kay" Johnson of Decatur, Tenisha Brooks (Greg) of Peoria and Shant'e Shepherd of Cleveland, Ohio; and his stepmother Ann Jones of Galesburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Darrow Lodge 10 (838 W Berrien St, Galesburg, IL 61401).
