She was predeceased by: her parents, John Benjamin and Malinda Eraas Ahrens; her former husband Robert T. Bridge; her husband Dr. Leo Spittler; her siblings, Joyce Savage (Bill), Enid Holoubek (Leonard), Dwayne (Ronnie) and John Ahrens; her daughter Margaret Spittler; her grandson Paul Spittler; and her beloveds, Ski and Oreo.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Leo Spittler, Jr. (Cheryl) of Leawood, KS, Bill Spittler (Allison) of Elkhorn, NE, Bob Spittler (Linda) of Omaha, NE and Christy Rasmussen (Mark) of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Ben Spittler, Brian Spittler, Nick Spittler (Lina), David Spittler, Dan Spittler (Linea), Lauren Francis (Edward), Justin Spittler, Kelsey O'Brien (Megan) and Tom Spittler (Amelia Broussard); and her pet Willis McGoo.
