She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph and Mary V. Brush (Reynolds); her husband Frank H. Rice; and her siblings, Francis Brush, Ronald Brush, Wayne Brush, Mildred Jefferson, Betty Abel, Darlene McCormick, Linda Hall, Martha Upton and Beverly Bishop. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
