She is survived by: her sons, Timothy W. Dowers (Anne) of Galesburg and John C. Dowers (Vickie) of Galesburg; her sisters, Mary Ellen White of Bloomington, Alice Fultz of Bloomington and Elizabeth Taylor of Miamisburg; and her grandchildren, David Dowers (DeAnna) of Galesburg, Brandi Brent (Mike) of Smithshire, Tammie Cabalu (Carlos) of Philadelphia and Julie Erickson (Brad) of Galesburg. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church.
