She is survived by: her children, Kandi R. Curtis (Anthony) of Galesburg, Kristina A. Curtis of Galesburg and Richard M. Roller, Jr. (Samantha) of Galesburg; her siblings, Charlie Curtis (Tamie) of Galesburg, Tommy Curtis of Galesburg and Kim Curtis (late Butch) of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Melodie C. Miller and David C. Curtis-Reed; her pets, Buddy, Dude and Willie; and her friend Ward. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to her grandchildren, Melodie and David's education fund, checks may be made out to any of Cindy's children.
