Maner and Julia Maner (Eastman); his wife Cheryl Anne Ellison; and his siblings, Lora Zelma Maner Gardner, Orin Curtis Maner, Thomas Ralph Maner, Ilene Maner Hobbs, Audry Maner Allen, James Huber Maner, June Loraine Maner, Larry Keith Maner and Arthur Maner.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Anne Maner-Stevenson (Marty) of Galesburg; his granddaughter Karma Maner-Stevenson; and his sister Opal Jeanne Arnold of Rock Island, Illinois..
